Last sunday I came back to a sadly not-snowy Dortmund. Before that I was doing the 1st part of my 3-month secondment in Konstanz. It was 2 weeks long. Also you will only get this cover image as I forgot to get more pictures of the snow - I was too busy gallivanting the area (almost) by myself -.
Obviously I wasn't only seeking the pleasure of travelling. I brought my samples to be measured in one of the many cryostats of the group. The experiments didn't go as good as expected, but one should expect that when doing research. Anyway everything wasn't that bad, I learned a lot and next time I will be working (almost completely) autonomously.
