Baking my new UHV chamber

While I was attending ESONN, my new UHV preparation chamber arrived at our institute. Thanks to Clemens and our vacuum technician Stéphanie Garaudée, mayor parts of the chamber already got assembled. Right now it is all wrapped in aluminum foil for the bake-out. By heating the entire setup to above 100°C, water and other contaminations that remained on the surfaces desorb much quicker. Due to this desorption, the pressure is relatively high (4.3e-6 mbar).
