This week I attended the annual DPG March meeting for the condensed matter section in Regensburg. A huge amount of researchers attend this conference and all of us have a collaboration to it, either a talk or a poster. I presented a poster in the low-temperature section where I explained my most recent results and my project. For the rest of the time, I have enjoyed listening to the talks. It was a good chance to learn what other people from my field are doing and also to get in touch with other topics.
It was also a nice opportunity for meeting people from other institutes, old friends, and for spending time with my coworkers. We had time for discussion and for tasting the typical Bavarian food and drink. Regensburg is quite a nice city and in my free time, I enjoyed just walking around and visiting its historical monuments.
