During the last week I attended the winter school graphene study 2019 from the graphene flagship, which was hosted in the beautiful mountain side of Obergurgl in Austria. Beside plenty of interesting talks and lectures by several professors working with graphene or other 2D materials, I met a lot of other young PhD students and Postdocs with similar projects as mine. During one of the poster sessions I had several good discussions about my project. The sunny weather made the couple of days in the winter wonderland just perfect.
