ESR 9 (Arun Kuruvila) and ESR 12 (Franz Herling) attended the IOP conference held in Leeds, UK from 8 April 2019 to 9 April 2019. The focus of the conference was magnetism in nanostructures and thin films. ESR 9 presented a poster about his current work on InAs/GaSb coupled quantum wells and ESR 12 gave a talk about a recent publication in the group on spin Hall effect in proximitizied graphene.
