Having completed my PhD in Grenoble I am happy to announce that I have started a new postdoc position in Bordeaux! So I had to traverse France from east to west - I said goodbye to the mountains and hello to the sea!
I am joining the condensed matter theory team of Laboratoire Ondes et Matières d'Aquitaines, where I will be working on the subject of optomechanical systems. The theory team here in Bordeaux has strong links with experiments in Grenoble so I will have an extra reason to go back and visit 😄
