Secondment at Raith in Dortmund

A week ago, I started my secondment at Raith working on EBID (electron beam induced deposition) to evaluate the potential of this technique in depositing contacts. We are now trying to deposit and improve the purity of Gold and Platinum. The main advantage of this technique is the ability to deposit thin lines of material (less than 0.1um) without any patterning process. Special thanks to Raith team.
