After the meeting in San Sebastian, Domenico (a post-doc researcher in our group) started training me in nanofabrication and measurements. His training strategy is simple and effective. The first time, he will demonstrate how to perform different steps with a very informative explanation and the second time I will be performing these steps while he will be watching carefully (with a smile) to check for mistakes. This helped me a lot in getting licenses for various tools over the past few months. We made some devices with BiSe nanowire and will be measuring them soon. Hopefully, I will have something good to talk about in the next meeting.
Other than that MC2 looks more Christmasy now, with a tree and lights and I am loving it.
